Makeover: French Provincial China Cabinet

IMG_1237

I have a problem.  I’ve been buying things that I have no use for, I recently purchased two china cabinets and I don’t even have a dining room (more like a dining nook).
This china cabinet was one that I couldn’t leave in the store— it cost me $7 bucks with tax! The only thing wrong with it is that it was missing it’s shelves-Can you blame me?  I love the lines and curves of it.  It reminds me of Holly’s French Cabinet @ Life in the Fun Lane.

So I whipped out my good ol’ Behr Almond Cream Paint and with the help of my seven year old- we went to town.

Here are some BEFORE shots of it:

And here are some AFTER:

This piece is now for sale, as it’s taking up space in my little house!

Beautiful Job Carli! I haven't visited the thrift store lately for that same reason{buying things that I have no use for). The show Hoarders keeps playing over and over again in my mind as I grab things I don't need! LOL Good luck with your sale!!!

Thanks Everyone for the sweet comments! I snagged this at the Salvation army, (when an item sits for more than 45 days they mark it 75% off!) It was such a great deal, but I paid for it in work, because this thing was a pain to paint!
