Hi Friends! It’s been a busy start to the year, which I couldn’t be more grateful for! I’ve been working on lots of projects, which means lots more content to share with you all! As a full-time working mama and blogger, I couldn’t do it all without my morning pick-me-up! My days generally consist of the three C’s: Computers, Children and lots of Caffeine! So today I’m sharing a delicious and easy coffee recipe that helps me get through the hectic mornings.
As a mom of four (3 of whom are school aged) my mornings can be quite hectic to say the least. Folgers® Classic Roast® Coffee K-Cup® Pods allow me the time and convenience to create an easy and indulgent cup of coffee without the fuss and expense of going to a local coffee house. Millions of people start their day with the aroma and flavor of fresh-brewed, Folgers Mountain Grown® coffee, and I am no exception—-the first thing I do in the morning is head straight to my Keurig.
- 3 tsp non-dairy powdered creamer
- Whipped cream (can or tub)
- Ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp of sugar (optional)
- CInnamon sticks for garnish (optional)
Brew your Folgers® Classic Roast® Coffee K-Cup® Pods as directed.
Add 3 teaspoons of powdered creamer ( I love my Folgers light)
Drop in a ¼ of a teaspoon of vanilla extract, a spiral or a couple dollops of whipped cream, and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
For an extra special touch, I like to add a sprinkle of sugar on top of the whipped cream for added sweetness and texture. You can also garnish with a cinnamon stick.
I love that I’m able to enjoy the taste of a coffee shop treat in the convenience of my own home.
My two favorite flavors of Folgers K-Cups pods are Classic Roast®, and 100% Colombian when I want a richer and more full bodied taste.
You can shop your local Stop and Shop for these two flavors and more!
