Hello friends! A couple of weeks ago I shared how my husband and I finally decided to hop on our bathroom renovation. Although we had originally planned a grand renovation, we waited so long (almost three years) and were just desperate for an update in there. So we decided to do a bit more of a quick fix bathroom reno, rather than a gut job.
When I last left off, we had demoed the weird wall paneling and the old vanity.
We’ve since primed the tiles to prep them for paint and stenciling:
And installed shiplap paneling using liquid nail and brad nails.
Demoed the shower walls, and had them tiled:
And I can’t even express what a difference this made in the space.
I ended up ordering the vanity from Home Depot and changed my mind. I thought I cancelled the order, but then it showed up at my door, so . . . basically I was stuck with it😆.
We decided to try it out in ths space and I think it’s a good vanity and a good fit for the space.
Altough it’s already come a long way, there’s still so much to do!
